Nestled atop one of Brentwood‘s most desirable architectural neighborhoods, this mid-century post and beam home designed by R. K. Osoling offers expansive ocean and city views. Designed and constructed by hand for his personal residence and office. Osoling himself was a mountaineer, which is apparent in the selection of the hillside site. Quincy Jones, FAIA, this historic landmark was built in 1948 and laid the foundation for hundreds of other architectural homes in the area that sought to achieve the same level of sophistication and design.

One side features walls made entirely of glass, while the other has original concrete blocks that reach all the way up to the ceiling.
