The Richard Neutra Loring House is about as good as it gets. Built in 1958, this boxcar-style mid-century modern is an ultra-stylish Hollywood Hills oasis. In the guesthouse, greenhouse-style windows allow for ample natural light. With a lofted studio space and a complete kitchen, the structure serves as an equal design counterpart to the original form.
